Here are the new additions for June: Full Body Circuit, Ankle Eversion, Shoulder IR Variations, and 6 new programs. These are the new programs: Lower Back, Hip, and Knee Beginner SHORT 3x a week and 4x a week, Lower Back, Hip, and Knee Intermediate SHORT 3x a week and 4x a week, Lower Back, Hip, and Knee Advanced 3x a week and 4x a week.
