New Classes For March

Here are the new additions for March: Low Back Extension, Upper Body CARs (seated), Lower Body CARs (seated), plus 7 new programs. These are the new programs: Hip/Shoulder/Spine 15-30min classes advanced 2x a week, Hip/Shoulder/Spine 15-30min classes advanced 3x a week, Hip/Shoulder/Spine/Scapula 15-30min classes advanced 4x a week, Hip/Shoulder/Spine/Scapula 15-30min classes advanced 5x a week, Hip and Knee Intermediate 2x a week, Hip and Knee Intermediate 3x a week Advanced, and Hip and Ankle Intermediate 3x a week.
