Short Class 114: Lower Body Cool Down

This a low intensity Lower body cool down class

No equipment needed. We use a stick for balance during standing Hip CARs, but you can just place your hand against a wall.

You can do this class after other forms of training, like lower body weight lifting, running, cycling, and other lower body activities, or as a stand alone option when you want a low intensity lower body ’snack’ session. Now obviously, you can also increase the intensity of this class if desired by creating more internal tension and really pushing for those end-ranges of motion.
