Short Class 115: Upper Body Cool Down

This a low intensity Upper body cool down class

Equipment needed: Yoga block and a wall.

You can do this class after other forms of training, like upper body weight lifting or calisthenics, or as a stand alone option when you want a low intensity upper body ’snack’ session. Now obviously, you can also increase the intensity of this class if desired by creating more internal tension and really pushing for those end-ranges of motion.
