Short Class 117: Running Cool Down

This a low intensity lower body cool down class specifically for runners

Equipment needed: One yoga block

You can do this class after running or as a stand alone option when you want a low intensity lower body ’snack’ session. Now obviously, you can also increase the intensity of this class if desired by creating more internal tension and really pushing for those end-ranges of motion.
