New Classes For October
Here’s our new additions for October: Thumb Class, Running Cool Down, Airplane Warm Up, plus 6 new programs. These are the new programs: Lower Back + Hips Intermediate 4x a week, Lower Body SHORT beginner 3x a week, Lower Body + Spine SHORT beginner 4x a week, Lower Back + Hips SHORT beginner 3x a week, Lower Back + Hips SHORT beginner 4x a week, Full Body beginner 5x a week (3 month program).
