New Classes For September

Here’s our new additions for September: Low Back Rotation, Upper Body Cooldown, Lower Body Cooldown, plus new programs and playlists. These are the new programs: Full Body 2x a week Beginner (3 month), Runners Mobility 3x a week Intermediate (3 month), Hip and Shoulder 3x a week Intermediate (3 month). Plus We've added a 'Cool Down' and 'No Equipment Needed' playlist to the 'Additional Class Types' section, which can be found in the Browse tab of the website.
